What if I miss a live session?
Sessions are not recorded to protect the privacy and safety of all participants — this creates a confidential space where women feel comfortable sharing openly. You can reach out to Emma between sessions for support, and the group will welcome you back at the next session.
Is this about fitness or nutrition?
No. This is purely mindset and emotional wellbeing coaching. No workouts, meal plans, or body-focused content.
What if I don't see results?
Emma has never had a client who fully participated not see meaningful change. Plus, you have lifetime access to repeat the entire program if needed.
How is this different from therapy?
This is coaching, not therapy. We focus on moving forward, building new patterns, and taking action rather than processing past trauma.
