With over 15 years of experience in health and wellness, Emma combines her Bachelor of Science degree, personal training certification, and wellness coaching expertise with deep training in psychology and mindset work.

No. This is purely mindset and emotional wellbeing coaching. No workouts, meal plans, or body-focused content.

Emma has never had a client who fully participated not see meaningful change. Plus, you have lifetime access to repeat the entire program if needed.

This is coaching, not therapy. We focus on moving forward, building new patterns, and taking action rather than processing past trauma.
